Orders: Changes & Cancellations

Many of our products are made to order, which means production begins shortly after your purchase.

If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We’ll always do our best to help, but once your order has entered production, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.

Warranty & Repairs

Our products are made with care, but if something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to help put it right.

If your item develops a fault, please contact us with your proof of purchase and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
