General Questions
1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including:
Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay
2. How much is delivery to the United Kingdom ?
Delivery to the United Kingdom is charged at a flat rate of £5.99
3. Do you deliver outside the United Kingdom ?
We are currently unable to despatch and deliver our beautiful lighting outside the United Kingdom through the website unfortunately.
4. Where's my order ?
Check the estimated delivery date on your order. Remember this is just an estimate and your order may arrive earlier or later than the estimated delivery date.
During busy periods such as Christmas, seasonal sales and promotional weekends there can be a delay in processing your order. Rest assured we are doing all we can to get your order out to you as quickly as possible.
You can also add the tracking number into the tracking page on the website.

5. What happens if my order doesn't arrive ?
In the event of your order not arriving as planned please contact us at help@lowdy.co.uk so we can try and trace what has happened to your order.
5. What happens if my order arrives damaged ?
Please take photographs of the damaged item on receipt and contact us at help@lowdy.co.uk with the details and order number so we can help you arrange a return.
6. I haven't received my order confirmation email ?
Please check your junk mail first.
Did the order go through? Has money been taken from your account? If money was not taken from your account there may have been an issue with placing the order and we’d advise trying again.
If you still can’t find your order confirmation email, please contact us help@lowdy.co.uk with your query.
7. How do I report a bug or technical issue?
If you encounter a technical issue, please contact us help@lowdy.co.uk and attach any relevant screenshots if possible with the issue so we can get the website working properly again for you as soon as possible.
8. How do you protect my data?
We take your privacy seriously and use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. For detailed information, please refer to our [Privacy Policy].
9. How do I return an item?
In the event of needing to make a return please read our returns policy before contacting us at help@lowdy.co.uk with the reason for your return, we will give you all the necessary details at this point and be ready to accept your return.
10. Why we charge a restocking fee
Yes due to being such a tiny independent business we can't compete with larger companies offering free returns, a returned item is a lot of admin and expense so we charge a 20% restocking fee to cover these costs.
11. Can I amend or cancel my order ?
We can only amend or cancel orders before they are dispatched.
To cancel or amend an Order or to make changes to your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible and we will do our best to try and help you.
12. Do your products have a Warranty
All our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty.
13. Are you able to take trade enquiry's ?
Yes we offer exclusive discounts for trade enquiry's on larger orders so please contact us with your requirements trade@lowdy.co.uk.
