Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer a range of secure payment options, including major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to amend or cancel an order.
As many of our products are made to order, we can only make changes or cancellations before production begins. Once an item has gone into print or production, we may not be able to amend, cancel, or refund the order.
This is especially important for made-to-order items such as wallpaper and other printed goods.

If payment hasn’t been taken, the order may not have gone through.

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States, and Europe.
Why are some items showing as “sold out”?
If you’re browsing from outside the UK, all our lighting products will appear as sold out.
This is because lighting is only available for delivery within the United Kingdom due to electrical standards and safety requirements.
You’re still able to view these products for inspiration, but they cannot be purchased or shipped internationally at this time.
Can lighting be shipped outside the UK?
No, lighting is currently only available for delivery within the United Kingdom.
All lighting is designed for UK use and complies with UK electrical standards.
How much is delivery?
- Lighting (UK only): Free delivery
- All other items: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size or packaging requirements of the product (for example, larger or more delicate items such as lampshades may cost more to ship than smaller items like tea towels)
How long will my order take?
Many of our items are made to order, so please allow a few working days for production before dispatch.
Delivery times will vary depending on your location and may be slightly longer during busy periods such as bank holidays or seasonal demand.
Where is my order?
You’ll receive an estimated delivery date when placing your order.
Once dispatched, you can track your order using the tracking page on our website.
If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact us and we’ll help trace it.
What happens if my order doesn’t arrive?
If your order hasn’t arrived as expected, please contact help@lowdy.co.uk and we’ll investigate this for you.
Will I need to pay customs or import charges?
For orders outside the UK, customs duties or import charges may apply depending on your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Issues
Can I return my order?
Many of our products are made to order, particularly printed items such as wallpaper and other custom-printed goods.
Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for these items after production unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
For eligible non-printed items, returns may be considered in line with our Returns Policy.
Please read our Returns Policy before purchasing, and contact us if you’re unsure about a product before ordering.
What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
Please take photos of the item as soon as it arrives and email help@lowdy.co.uk with your order number.
We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Products
Are your designs original?
All designs are created by Lowdy and produced to order.
Will the colours look exactly the same in real life?
We aim to represent colours as accurately as possible, but they may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings.
Should I order a wallpaper sample first?
Yes, we strongly recommend ordering a sample before purchasing full wallpaper rolls.
This gives you the chance to check the colour, scale, and finish in your own space before committing to a larger order.
As wallpaper is made to order, full rolls cannot usually be cancelled or returned once production has begun unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
