Production & Dispatch

Many of our products are made to order and fulfilled by our print production partner. Production typically takes 2 to 5 working days before dispatch. During peak periods, production times may be slightly extended.

Lighting products are dispatched directly from our UK supplier.

You will receive confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the product and destination.

Lighting

All lighting products include free delivery within the United Kingdom. The cost of UK shipping is included within the product price.

Print-on-Demand Products

Shipping for made-to-order items is calculated automatically at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order. The price displayed at checkout reflects the delivery cost provided by our fulfilment partner.

United Kingdom Delivery

All products are available for delivery within the United Kingdom.

Lighting is available for UK delivery only due to electrical compliance regulations.

International Delivery

Selected made-to-order products are available for international shipping. Availability and delivery costs will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

International delivery times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any import duties, local taxes or customs charges that may apply.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout. Production times apply before dispatch. All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

While we work with trusted carriers, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, industrial action or severe weather conditions.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery details are entered correctly at checkout.

 We cannot be responsible for orders delayed, lost or returned due to incorrect address information.
