About These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us.

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use this website.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Products and Descriptions

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images and prices are accurate. However:

• Made-to-order items are produced specifically for you

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to update information at any time without prior notice.

Orders and Contract Formation

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods.

A binding contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order by email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including:

• Pricing errors

• Product availability

• Suspected fraud

• Incorrect information provided

If payment has been taken and an order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

International customers may see converted pricing at checkout.

Payment must be authorised at the time of purchase.

For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges that may apply in your country.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier services

• Customs clearance

• Events outside our reasonable control

Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered within 30 days of order confirmation. If we are unable to deliver within this timeframe, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods come into your physical possession or the possession of a person identified by you to take delivery.

Lighting products are currently available for delivery within the UK only.

Made-to-Order Products

Many of our products are made to order.

In accordance with Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, made-to-order or personalised goods are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right.

This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

All content on this website, including artwork, designs, text, images and branding, is the property of Lowdy.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use our content without prior written permission.

You agree not to:

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods giving rise to the claim.

Lighting products must be installed by a qualified electrician where required by law or manufacturer instructions. We are not responsible for damage, loss or injury caused by incorrect installation.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performing obligations where such failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters

• Supplier disruption

• Industrial disputes

• Transport interruptions

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us relating to your use of the website and the purchase of products.

No other statements, representations or communications shall form part of any contract unless agreed in writing by us.
